Fourthwalling: At this point and time, sure. Ash has actually fourth-walled himself in canon, and therefore can be forth-walled by other characters, if you ask me.

Hugging this character: Go ahead! Depending on who hugs him, he might be confused or embarrassed.
Kissing this character: W-Why would you want to? Ash will definitely be flustered a whole lot if it's a kiss mouth-to-mouth, but he'll just go "Bwuh?" at the ones who kiss him on the cheek.
Flirting with this character: You can try, but he'll be too dense to actually know that you're flirting with him. He'll just think you're attempting normal conversation.
Fighting with this character: Yes! Ashcan get angry, but he'll usually go straight to a Pokémon battle, unless it's necessary to actually punch. He's not the type to punch first, so he'll usually be the one hit before he hits back. But if it's a senseless fight, he might just walk away.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Ask me first! I'll probably allow him to be in a full body cast, just don't murder him.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Ash is pretty much a normal person, outside the fact that he owns Pokémon. Go ahead!
